Job Description: Account Executive

A strategic partner of ATS SCS and privately-held Logistics company and one of the world’s fastest growing logistics company is looking for an account executive. Our partner has a network of more than 11,000 approved carriers and proprietary technology to manage the process every step of the way, the company handles all aspects of logistics for its clients and delivers shipping options with virtually unlimited range and modal options.

Headquarters Based in Chicago with easy access to expressways and public transportation.

Position Based on site (Yonkers, NY) at this key account you will manage daily customer service functions, reporting directly to the team leader in our corporate office (Chicago, IL)

General Responsibilities:
 Problem Solving
 Relationship Building with Customer contacts (on-site & with Third party locations)
 Acting as an on-site liaison to achieve customer and corporate goals
 Procurement of truck loads carriers to meet the customers specific needs.
 Prepare market accurate freight quotes with contingency options.
 Develop understanding of customer’s business to help implement Phase II of the project.

Minimum Requirements
 BA/BS Degree with high GPA
 1-3 year of Customer Service experience
 The ability to interact at all levels, including management.
 MS Office knowledge
